*NO SHOW – Não comparecimento. No Show é considerado quando o hóspede não chega na data de entrada reservada. Nesse caso a vaga permanecerá disponível por 8h a partir do horário de entrada. Após este período a reserva é cancelada e não há devolução do depósito.
* Para cancelamento/alteração de um pacote de diárias após a data do check in aplica-se a política de não reembolso do valor pago antecipadamente.

1. RESERVATIONS
1.0 After making the deposit it is very important to send us the voucher in order to guarantee your reservation.
The reservation will only be guaranteed after sending an e-mail with the proof of deposit in the amount requested in the budget.
1.2 Check-in: 13hrs
1.3 Check-out: 11hrs
1.4 Early Check In or Late Check Out are subject to availability and an additional fee will be charged.
2. PAYMENTS
2.1 The remaining amount of the stay must be paid at the time of check-in and in cash.

3. GUESTS
3.1 Beach Life Porto de Galinhas reserves the right to refuse admission and / or stay in respect of the safety, comfort and tranquility of our guests. Valid especially in cases of conduct incompatible with good customs and common sense.
3.2 Children:
Our hotel grants gratuity to children from 0 to 5 years in the same apartment of the parents (according to configuration of maximum occupation allowed of each apartment).
These must be mentioned at the time of booking.
It is mandatory to present documentation of each minor who is staying with their parents or legal guardians.
The hotel has duplex suites, with stairs, steps, mezzanine, and others. All risks that may occur in our premises will be the sole responsibility of the parents or legal guardians of the child.
Minors can only stay in PRIVATE rooms. (We do not accept minors in SHARED room)
4 ANIMALS
4.1 Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
5 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
5.1 The entrance of alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
6 BARBECUE, BAR AND SWIMMING POOL
6.1 The house offers kitchen, fridges, and barbecue. Please keep them in order and clean after use.
6.2 The time of use of the kitchen and churasqueira is between 10 and 23 hs.
6.3 The swimming pool usage time is between 8 and 10 pm.
7 GUESTS
